Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free.

  • Change of Mind (Customer Remorse): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Conditions

  • Change of Mind: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days.

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

  • Wrong Item Received: We’ll cover the return and ensure the correct product is delivered.

  • Never Arrived: Contact us immediately. If the courier confirms a lost package, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
